Date: 28/06/2026
Start / Finish: 11am – 4pm

Cubs should bring their own food and drink (no fizzy or energy drinks) for the day, although water refills will be available, food will not be.
Teams must build and race their own kart, in line with the rules.
We recommend that each District run their own competition, encouraging each Cub Pack to enter a team, with the winning team of each District competition to be put forward to the County event.
Please ensure the rules are read and followed, as safety is paramount, as is our desire to maintain a level playing field for all teams. Teams found to be in breach of the rules will be disqualified and prevented from racing.

The rules are not negotiable, any Kart deemed to be unsafe will be refused entry into races (even if it was safe in a previous race). Repairs may be carried out between races, but races will not be delayed to allow for repairs to be completed (fair warning of race start times will be given).
Race Marshals decisions are final on all issues, including safety, race results and race lane allocation. Race Marshals will be determined prior to the event, and will be introduced at the start of the event.
The point of this event is for Cub Packs to come together and have fun, while not all Pack members can take part in the race day, they will be able to take part in all other aspects of this event (design/build/testing/team photography etc).
Each team will require their own Risk Assessment (using the template below), for use of their Kart and build/maintenance, Each team member will also require a Health Form (below)
